Panels of food industry professionals systematically give us an expert view on emerging taste trends. Our laboratories use these findings for the product development.

SensoBus: the mobile sensory analysis lab

We have now made a mobile variant of our sensorial analysis laboratory: the SensoBus. Conducting sensorial analysis tests has become possible in our customers' specific region, anywhere in Europe.

The SensoBus can play a role in:

  • the validation of new bakery, patisserie and chocolate products;
  • the choice of the solution that fits the specific local preferences;
  • understanding why a product is preferred over another.

Daily, the SensoBus can collect the taste preferences of up to 300 consumers. It is at the disposal of our customers, to help them innovate and develop their business.
