O-tentic is a unique bakery component that allows you to give free rein to your creativity and easily make breads of the good old days. In combination with your know-how and personal expertise, O-tentic will enable you to easily create a whole range of breads with character.
The O-tentic products offer you all the characteristics of a natural sourdough: a flavour full of character, a moist crumb, a nice crunchy crust and a natural fermentation. A unique product to give future to the past! The unique flavour profiles are obtained through a natural sourdough, especially developed for the O-tentic range.
Very convenient in use, O-tentic is to be dosed at 4% on flour weight. Just add water, flour and salt and create your own signature breads. Flexible in use, O-tentic can be used in a direct process, long fermentation or retarded proofing.
